Setting up Profiles

Hi all,

One of our members asked where to find and set up your profiles (always nice to have a picture or avatar, etc.). Do you come through a page marked Dashboard? If so, and if your name is over in the top right hand corner there should be a link under it to "edit your profile." If not let me know and you and I can see together how to make these changes.
